1. Who we are
Bingetime is operated by Newton Poole, an individual based in the United Kingdom, trading as Bingetime. References to “Bingetime”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean this operator. These Terms govern use of our website and the services we make available through it.

2. The service and current preview
Bingetime is being developed as a streaming service and creator platform for original films, short films, pilots and series, including clearly disclosed AI-generated and AI-assisted work.
The service is currently a development preview. Sample titles, creators, audience figures, prices and checkout flows are demonstrations. Live purchases, paid subscriptions, tipping and creator payouts are not enabled. A demo action is not a purchase, a publishing agreement or a promise of payment. Accounts, profile preferences, team access and creator drafts may be saved where the interface says they are.
Some features are unfinished or may change. Do not use the preview as the only copy of a film, draft or other important material. We will identify paid services and their specific terms before making them available for purchase.
3. Accounts and responsible use
You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and to act for any creator account you manage. The preview is not intended to provide independent accounts for children. Do not create an account for a child or use a viewing profile as evidence that a person’s age has been verified.
Provide accurate account information, keep access to your email and authentication methods secure, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. Each team member must use their own login. You are responsible for activity you authorise; you are not automatically responsible for losses caused by our own failure to provide reasonable security.
We may require authentication, age eligibility or other checks for particular features. A membership, purchase or profile preference does not bypass age, territory, release, rights or safety restrictions.
4. Permitted use
You may use the service for its intended viewing, account and creator functions, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You must not:
- Upload or distribute material you are not entitled to use, or infringe copyright, privacy, likeness or other rights.
- Post unlawful material, exploit children, harass others, impersonate another person or mislead people about ownership or provenance.
- Bypass access controls, age restrictions, authentication or playback protections, or redistribute private content without permission.
- Introduce malware, disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access or extract other people’s personal data.
- Manipulate views, ratings, payments or royalties through bots, fabricated activity, self-dealing or other fraudulent methods.
This does not limit lawful rights to report concerns, conduct authorised security testing or use content where the law permits.
5. Creator material and intellectual property
Creators retain the rights they hold in their work. Submitting material does not transfer ownership to Bingetime. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the material you submit, including music, images, voices, performances and likenesses, and provide accurate production and AI disclosures.
For material you choose to submit, you give us a non-exclusive permission to store, back up, process and display it to you, authorised team members and personnel or service providers who need it to operate, secure or support the requested feature. This permission is limited to those purposes. Saving a private draft does not authorise public distribution, advertising use or training a general-purpose AI model on it.
Public distribution, subscription catalog licensing, revenue shares, fees, payout requirements and any automated content-analysis terms will be presented in a separate creator agreement before publication or commercial use. Illustrative prices, splits and calculations in the preview do not bind either party. Credits alone do not grant team permissions or automatic revenue shares.
Our branding, interface and other original platform materials are protected by intellectual property law. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorised, you may not copy or exploit them commercially.
6. Payments, cancellation and refunds
No real payments are currently accepted in the preview. No subscription renewal or payout obligation arises from a demo action. If a charge appears to be connected to Bingetime, contact billing@bingetime.co with the date, amount and any reference so we can investigate. Do not send full card details.
Before live sales begin, checkout will identify the product, seller, currency, total price including applicable taxes, any renewal arrangement, digital delivery and access limits, and cancellation/refund conditions. Digital content will be supplied through the service, not as physical goods. An order confirmation and payment status will distinguish completed purchases from pending or failed payments. No future episode or unfinished season is promised merely because it appears in a creator’s plans.
Any future subscription must clearly disclose renewal and cancellation terms before you agree. Cancellation of renewal will stop future billing in accordance with the disclosed terms; purchased-title rights and rental periods will be stated separately. A tip will not purchase content, an investment or a guarantee of future work. These paragraphs do not authorise charging you now.
Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. For UK digital-content purchases, any loss of a statutory cancellation right following immediate supply requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Merely visiting the site, accepting these general Terms or clicking a sample player is not that consent.
Where paid digital content or services are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed, the remedies required by applicable law remain available. We will not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule to exclude those rights. Request cancellation or a refund by email to billing, identifying the account and order where available and explaining the issue. Specific paid-service terms and any additional voluntary refund offer will be published before paid launch.
7. Availability and content restrictions
We aim to operate the service with reasonable care and skill. Availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity, processing failures, rights restrictions or events outside our reasonable control. Catalog availability may vary by location, release date and viewer eligibility.
Sample age labels are not official certificates. Production and AI labels describe declared provenance and do not prove ownership, quality or legal compliance. Any assisted classification will support review rather than guarantee that content is suitable for every viewer.
Nothing here promises permanent hosting or access to a future paid title. Before a real sale, its access period and remedies for withdrawal will be disclosed. These Terms do not remove a remedy you would otherwise have for content already paid for.
8. Reports, restrictions and appeals
Report rights or content concerns to rights@bingetime.co. Include the relevant URL, timestamps where useful, your contact details and an explanation of the concern. For copyright or likeness complaints, explain your rights or your authority to represent the rights holder.
We may restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary to investigate a report, protect people or systems, comply with law, or address a material breach. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow a response. If you believe a decision is incorrect, contact support to request a review. Urgent protective action may occur before notice.
9. Closing an account
You may stop using the preview at any time and ask support to close your account. We will verify ownership before acting on sensitive requests. Account closure and deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy; some records may need to be retained for security, legal obligations or disputes.
We may end access for serious or repeated misuse or discontinue the preview, with reasonable notice where practicable. We will not use account termination to avoid obligations or remedies that applicable law requires us to honour. Creator-owned material remains yours, subject to limited retention required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
10. Responsibility and liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The preview is not a guarantee of commercial results, audience growth, earnings or uninterrupted operation. If you use it for business purposes, we do not accept liability for loss of anticipated profits or business opportunities arising solely from reliance on an unfinished preview, to the extent permitted by law. This does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law or security needs. We will publish the revised version and effective date here and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where a change requires your agreement, we will obtain it. We will not retrospectively convert demo use into a paid obligation or reduce accrued mandatory rights.
You can save or print this page for your records. Separate paid or creator terms will identify their relationship to these Terms when introduced.
12. Law, complaints and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of your usual place of residence. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed.
Please first contact support@bingetime.co with a complaint so we can try to resolve it. You may also write to the business address above. Nothing prevents you from contacting an appropriate regulator or pursuing a remedy available by law.
